Raw materials and pigments
Our Choice for Safety and Integrity
The quality and safety of our masterbatches is not a compromise, but a top priority. We only use pigments and raw materials free of heavy metals, scrupulously adhering to the strictest and most up-to-date regulations, such as Directive 94/62/EC and the new Reg. 2025/40. This meticulous approach allows us to ensure that our products are not only highly performing, but also safe for people and the environment throughout their life cycle, from production to reuse or disposal.
Our commitment to sustainability extends far beyond the walls of our factory, actively involving the entire supply chain. We require our direct and indirect suppliers to carry out precise environmental impact assessments of their operations and to hold any internationally recognised management certifications . This allows us to ensure that the values of responsibility and sustainability are shared and applied in every link of the supply chain, building together a more conscious production ecosystem.

Measure to act and constantly improve
We are committed to studying the environmental impact of our products, with the possibility of calculating the Carbon Footprint . This detailed analytical process allows us to quantify the climate effects of our masterbatches, precisely identifying areas where we can intervene to optimize processes and reduce our ecological footprint in an increasingly targeted way. It is a very important step towards more conscious management and a tangible contribution to the fight against climate change.
Circular economy
Giving new life to resources and minimizing waste
The concept of circular economy is a consolidated practice, as well as an integral part, of our daily production process. Our goal is to maximize the value of resources and minimize the production of waste, actively contributing to a future in which materials never become waste.
Complete recirculation of industrial water
We implement an advanced system for the complete recirculation of industrial water used for cooling our production machines; This means that every drop of water is purified and reintroduced into the production cycle within our plant and there are no discharges into the soil, which guarantees an extremely efficient, responsible and zero-impact use of this precious water resource. It is a tangible example of our commitment to the sustainable management of natural resources.
Virtuous management of plastic waste
The meticulous cataloguing of plastic waste derived from our production processes is a consolidated practice. Our primary goal is to allocate them entirely to reuse activities, minimizing the need for disposal as traditional "plastic waste". The results speak for themselves: in 2024 alone, we have allocated around 30,000 kg of plastic waste for reuse, making a significant contribution to reducing waste and reintroducing valuable resources into the production cycle, both for our internal processes and for those of external partners.
Intelligent reuse of pallets
Our focus on circularity also extends to logistics packaging. All the wooden pallets (or pallets) we use for the transport of our products are systematically reused thanks to the collaboration with dedicated organizations, such as PRS, of which we proudly have the Green Label certification. This practice allows us to further reduce the waste of forest resources and promote more sustainable and environmentally friendly logistics practices.
